I bout it like a year ago and it’s not connected I guess to me Apollo twin, it tells me to start a demo even though I bought it.

Tubetech compressor is an amazing unit, but I just could afford one of them. So I tried the UAD Plugin. It is incredible, I couldn´t notice any difference. The transparency, the gentle compression, the feeling is there. Like the HW unit, it is almost impossible to make something wrong with this plugin. Getting the right amount of compression is incredible easy. It is fixed in my vocal chain and mandatory in my bass when recording, and in almost every track when mixing. Its is one of the best plugins in my UAD collection. Thanks a lot ¡

Cleanest Opto you can get
If you want clean sounding vocals, while being okay with sacrificing the some color, this is the exact plugin your looking for. I use it on almost every vocal plugin chain and I cannot stop loving it.

For me, is a no brainer, im really liking this compression, but i didn't use the original hardware, whatever its mark was, so i can't compare them.
Can say, that if u want a compressor for taming voices, without being so aggresive, u know -2 -3 dbs compression on low ratios for tracking and printing, for me, its the way to go, all over 2A really slight compression but taming spikes, and making the mid range not that harshy while keeping its character, if u are looking something like this, this is your compressor
