unbelievable !!
i have quite a chunk of had plug ins ,but always but not having this one,,,as i have a lot of reverbs i didn't think in having this one as a must,,so i waited till last Christmas and i though "well it is an oldie ,but !! " so i bought it….
i have been living in a fools paradise ,,,,what ??? unbelievable plug in !! a monster reverb ,everything you throw at it fits within a couples of tweaks especially vocals. sometimes there are things that never get old ,,this plug inn is one of those

This thing just works for me!
I've been on a search for a great sounding reverb plugin for quite a while now. I've worked with or demo'd most of the reverb plugins out there. The only thing that even came close to being what I was looking for was the great sounding convolution reverb that came with Samplitude Pro X.
Then I demo'd the EMT 140 and what a revelation that was! So smooth and musical. It works incredibly well on a multitude of instruments and sits in a mix beautifully.
You owe it to yourself to demo the EMT 140. I'm very glad I did!

This plug is great it just does something to the material. It makes it feel "real" the spaces are surreal! This is one of those plugs that there's no need to do an MK2. Very satisfied with my purchase I purchased this for my Christmas present to myself

You've heard it on countless records
I didn't realize it until I started playing with it. A very unique sound that reminds me of some tracks I've heard before, though I can't say what exactly.
It's a little difficult to control. The switches aren't very clearly labelled, but I guess that's part of making it an accurate representation. Does't matter too much for me. I just move everything around until it's just right.
A lot of possibilities here for some unique sounds. I use it more for the delay features, and put the EMT140 after it. Fun stuff!

Nice and usable
I played with this after playing with DreamVerb. They stand in stark contrast to each other. The 140 is just really easy to dial in a nice bit of reverb. I like it and recommend it.

Smoothest plate ever!
There isn't an application that this won't cover. The choice of 3 plates in 1 plugin makes it so easy to a/b & dial in that sound your looking for! UAD has a great way of modeling the original & making it sound and feel like the real thing.

reverb, verb...verb...verb...
This reverb is on everything that needs that beautiful space. I never had the privilege of hearing the original, but no matter, from what I hear it does the wonderful very well. Just putting it up makes the mix sound spacious, with a little fine tuning and everything is in it's place or moving around if you want it to. Once again, great job to the UA developers. Keep up the Awesomeness.

Best reverb ever
I think it's best warm and rich reverb. UAD EMT140 is only the one.

THE classic sound. You'll know it instantly.
If you were around in the 60's and 70's, plug this verb in and you'll suddenly hear a couple hundred hit records and classic albums. I was amazed how instantly recognizable it is. I'm not sure I've ever heard a real 140 in a studio, but to me this plugin absolutely sounds like those great records. Lush, smooth, beautiful. This is now my go-to vocal reverb (but I don't have the Lex 224 yet... soon, soon). Love the simple, straightforward controls too.
Highly recommended- this verb is outrageous bang for the buck.

This plate sounds good on everything. Drums, piano, acoustic guitar, classical guitar, electric guitar, vocals, choir, orchestra-you name it. Track, bus, master-it's all good, high quality. Been checking it out for quite some time, couldn't resist the sale price-and 64 bit aax. Also, the UA stuff is in PT 11 audio suite!!! Yahoo!!! Thanks UA!
