Smooth high end!
Loved this reverb plug when I demoed it and after the demo period ran out, I had to buy this. Loved how it sounded on my vocals, but I’m sure it’s great for a number of sources!

Perfect!
I had the EMT 140 and 250 at my old recording studio. I wasn't able to go more then a day days without buying them for my new studio. The most beautiful and versatile digital reverb ever!

EMT 250 reste encore un peu un mystère pour moi. Je n'ai peut-être pas encore assez expérimenté l'outil, mais elle me parle moins que la 140... Ceci étant la qualité UAD est toujours au rendez-vous...

The reverb...
Au départ, ce n'est pas forcément la plus évidente des reverbs à mettre en œuvre : beaucoup d'options à prendre en compte et de paramètres à affiner. Mais on ne va pas se plaindre : UAD a eu la bonne idée d'intégrer 3 plates pour 3 sonorités distinctes, un coupe-bas en entrée, une EQ, un simulateur de bande, un réglage de la largeur de la stéréo, et un réglage de pre-delay en sortie.
Mais une fois pris la mesure du potentiel de la machine, on garde longtemps l'impression qu'on n'aura plus jamais besoin d'acheter d'autres réverb.

Easy to use, sounds great
Both the 140 and 250 are super easy to use and sound great. The plate adds the rich washes, and I love the stereo controls. The 250 is super easy to do diffusion and add depth in a simple way.

Covers one of your Essential plug needs
Reverb is one of the essential plugs. Its one plugin that gets used on virtually every mix, every session. The EMT is as good as it gets. To my ears it is the best emulation of any reverb I have tried. 30 years in the studios working on all kinds of gear. I had used many of UAD products through work systems and when I set up my own system for mobil recording the EMT was the first additional plug purchase I made from UAD. Without hesitation. I Love it

Simple, Easy, Effective

Easy to Go - One for the Show
Really impressed by this unit - easy to use - great sound and depth - heard a lot not positive feedback , but in a period of time i realized that i use it even more often than Lexicon, EMT 140 or mighty AMS16. So, overall , nice sounding and user friendly Reverb! Recomended!

I like gentle sounds
Of course, we can show various effects.
But I like to produce a particularly smooth sound using this EMT 140.
It is as you all know that compatibility with vocals is good, but we recommend that you try it on various instruments.
It's a plug-in, so it's nice to be able to easily try and error easily.

Fantastic Reverb
If I had to start over with UAD plugs, this would be one of the first to purchase. The 140 is the best reverb I can think of in plug ins. The Little Plate by Soundtoys comes close but this has a lot more parameters and it also adds a sheen to sound that really makes it sound authentic.

A thick sound
It is the same as EMT 140 and it is also very natural.
Although not bad, I think it is more difficult to set than EMT 140.
