Wenn es funktionieren würde ...
Zuerst das ua arrow bestellt, weil es alles kann was ich brauche. Leider funktioniert es nicht (wie auf der UA Website geschrieben) über ein Thunderbolt 3 dock mit externer Stromversorgung.
Also dank der Firmenpolitik von UA und Apple nochmal 200 Euro mehr hin gelegt und das mk 2 bestellt. Leider funktionierten die LEDs nicht. Also zurück geschickt. Jetzt ist der Ersatz da und siehe da es fehlt das Netzteil. Alles in allem eine laaaaaaange Enttäuschung .

Not happy.
The manufacturer is misleading people Thunderbolt have to be native to the motherboard for it to possibly work with this device. I had to settle for the older version of the device with USB. If the truth be known I was building the machine I bought the device for when I bought the device if they would have stipulated Thunderbolt needed to be native to the motherboard I could have built a different machine.

The MK II is advertised as a Windows compatible device. I decided to buy this device while building a new computer. The manufacturer of the motherboard actually doesn't make a thunderbolt ready version of the motherboard that works with my chip Xeon class. They do make a PCI Thunderbolt card and the device worked for an hour with the card but upon reboot decided never to work again. It's a good device they should correct their advertising and be more specific I had to move down to the twin Duo USB version to use the device. I'm not a happy customer.

UA Plugin "Offerings" - More than Disappointing
The UA interfaces are obviously among the best, but when when you spend thousands on the "comprehensive" plugins package and it really does not include some of the more critical plugins, it leaves you feeling a bit dissatisfied. It is even worse when the plugins offered for new equipment purchases are the same tired plugins, you already have... The Apollow Twin MKII is what you should expect given its hefty price tag, but the "added plugins are nothing more than an annoyance when I keep getting email asking me to "choose my free plugins". Yippee.
UA really needs to get their act together and develop a "loyal customer friendly" program that allows for a reduced cost for plugins you really need, as an option.

I don't know for what computers this is made for but I have an amazing Mac with Sierra. Everything works but after 15 min of working the device keeps disconnecting. I tried different cables I tried different DAW. Nothing works its useless

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
Crashes my computer constantly, when it does work the audio cuts in and out. I have updated factory reset, and patched until i am blue in the face, but nothing works. UA support is useless.

Had a problem right out of the box
I received the unit and started using only the LEFT channel for a few days to test it out. Everything worked great. When I tried the RIGHT channel, there was a consistent 500Hz ringing in the channel at about -18db - very noticeable. So now I without a unit for about 3 weeks while contacting tech support for 4 hours, and then eventually sending it back to the retailer. I am still waiting for a replacement to arrive.
